Q: How much space is required to install a hot tub?
A: SEE REQUIREMENTS
The great news is that all you need is a level surface (An area at least 7 Ft. X 7 Ft.) and a standard 115V 15A electric outlet within 10 Feet. You will need to use a circuit that has no other major appliances connected to it. (A refrigerator, dishwasher, washer / dryer, etc.)
A heavy duty extension cord will be supplied in certain circumstances, but will not be allowed for rentals longer than 1 week. Please make every effort possible to choose a location that meets our standard
requirements.

Q: How much do your hot tubs weigh when full of water?
A: The 6 person hot tub we rent holds 300 gallons of water. The total weight of a full tub including motor unit, tub unit, and lid is 2744 Lbs.
What that means to you …
Since the bottom of the hot tub is completely flat it distributes the weight at 170 Lbs./Sq. Ft. We can put your hot tub on nearly any deck. Check with your builder, but most new decks can easily support one of our hot tubs and a few of your friends.
Q: Does someone need to be home when you deliver the hot tub?
A: Yes. Someone 21 years of age, or older must be present when we
deliver the hot tub. They will present the credit card used to
reserve your hot tub along with a photo ID (CA Driver's License or Passport), and sign our rental agreement. You will then be instructed on how to use the hot tub and chemicals.
Q: Does someone need to be home when you pick up the hot tub?
A: No. As long as we have access to your outside rental and it is free of damages, we will drain the tub and take it away. We will leave a business card so that you know it was us who removed the tub. ;)

Yes. Someone will need to be present at the pre - determined date and time.
Q: How much does it cost to operate? Will I see a large increase in my electric bill?
A: No, our hot tubs are efficient, and easy on the pocketbook. The average cost to operate one of our hot tubs for a full month outside is approximately $10.00 (Based on current SDG&E pricing)
What that means to you …
That means you won’t see a huge jump in your electric bill. Our hot tubs use very little energy to stay hot 24/7!

position after each use. **
Q: How does it heat without a heater?
A: The brand of hot tubs we offer has a revolutionary heat recovery system, which uses the heat created by the pump motor to heat the water.
Q: How do you treat the water?
A: We include enough granulated chlorine (specifically formulated for vinyl hot tubs)for your entire rental period. To make maintenance as simple
as possible, we supply you with the chlorine in convenient packets. Use one (1) packet every 24 hours, or after you are done enjoying the hot tub for the day or evening.
The hot tubs we offer also have a patented, fully automatic, ozone injection system that significantly reduces the amount of chemicals
needed to keep your tub clean and sanitary.
What that means to you …
Easy maintenance... 1 Chlor Pak = 1 Day. Also, with the ozonator there are less chemicals used, reducing the chlorine odor found with conventional hot tubs.
